Cypress Village Senior Living Community recently played host to a two-day celebration of connection, companionship and community spirit. On Monday, residents and guests welcomed professional matchmaker Lee Ann Wright, founder of 1 True Match, for a special presentation on the art and heart of matchmaking. Wright shared her journey as a matchmaker, offering insights into the personalized services she provides to help people of all ages find meaningful relationships. The following day, the spirit of connection came to life on the dance floor at a ballroom dance party hosted in partnership with Arthur Murray Dance Studios and the University of North Florida (UNF). A few of Wright’s eligible matches were invited to join Cypress Village residents for the event, bringing a delightful new energy and plenty of smiles. The Arthur Murray ballroom event was made possible through Cypress Village’s ongoing collaboration with UNF, a valued community partner committed to supporting vibrant and engaging experiences for local seniors. Cypress Village remains dedicated to creating innovative and enriching programs that promote connection, wellness and a sense of purpose for its residents. This unique event is just one example of how the community continues to redefine what senior living can look like.
