Ty Morgan began his senior living career straight out of college as a Nursing Home Administrator of a 120-bed facility.  Ty took a hiatus to started two corporations – a real estate brokerage firm and finance company – with the vision of being a full-service firm for his customers. Ty never forgot his love for serving seniors and decided to go back to incorporate his experience into the senior living field.  Ty has been with Cypress Village for over ten years, first as the Director of Sales and Marketing until his appointment as Executive Director.

Stephanie is a Jacksonville native working in the Healthcare industry for over 25 years.  A graduate from the University of North Florida, her experience includes working for managed care companies as well as serving as a Nursing Home Administrator for the last 15 years.  Stephanie has been married 26 years with two beautiful children.  Stephanie currently is working towards becoming a Nursing Home Administrator preceptor.

Lisa’s career in sales & marketing began right out of college working for an after-market auto detailing company in Orlando, FL. Her introduction to the medical field began as a physician recruiter, traveling and building physician networks that served the federal prison system, that role lasted over 10 years. Starting a family and looking to be more grounded in Jacksonville Lisa began her 15-year tenure with Cypress Village. Beginning as the marketing & event coordinator then advancing to sales counselor and into her current role as Director of Sales & Marketing which she has been in the last 11 of 15 years. In addition to overseeing the communities’ sales and marketing department Lisa also has a real estate license. She is a sales agent at the community’s brokerage Cypress Village Real Estate, LLC. Outside of work Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband Dave, her three children, loves to travel and any day spent at the beach is a great one!
