Cypress Village hosts ConnectUs Networking Event

Cypress Village Senior Living Community successfully hosted its third annual ConnectUs networking event on Sept. 30, drawing more than 75 guests from the health care and senior living sectors. This year’s event featured the debut of the highly anticipated ConnectEd seminar series, which proved to be a major success.
The inaugural ConnectEd session, “Mastering Value-Based Care Models: Strategies to Optimize Patient Outcomes and Financial Performance,” was led by Jennifer Boese, a health care policy expert from CliftonLarsenAllen (CLA). With her expertise, she delivered a compelling presentation that focused on optimizing outcomes while maintaining financial sustainability in skilled nursing and senior care facilities.
The ConnectUs event, which aims to advocate, inspire and foster partnerships, included a wide range of professionals from the health care field, skilled nursing facility directors, case managers and senior living specialists. The occasion provided an engaging platform for attendees to share ideas, network and discuss innovations that are driving advancements in the health care landscape.
“Our goal for ConnectUs has always been to bring together professionals from different sectors to collaborate on better solutions. This year, the addition of ConnectEd session enriched the event, giving participants practical insights to implement in their own organizations,” said Ty Morgan, executive director at Cypress Village.
In addition to Boese’s session, guests enjoyed networking opportunities, sharing industry knowledge and discussing current trends that affect both health care providers and senior living communities. The event was a testament to the growing influence and reputation of the Connect Us platform as a regional hub for leadership and innovation in senior care.
Plans for next year’s event are already underway, with an emphasis on expanding the ConnectEd series to include additional expert-led seminars on relevant health care topics.
