“I just put my mother in assisted living and worked with the Director, Abby. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She did everything she could to make this difficult process as smooth as possible and we appreciate her so much for that. The community is beautiful, the caregivers are very kind, and the place is SO CLEAN. I would definitely recommend this place!”

“I have been living in the Towers of the Village for over a year, and I like it very much. I particularly like the feature of having 3 choices of eating places, so I don’t have to leave the building in bad weather. If you need someone to give you a tour and information, I recommend Tanja Astwood. I still enjoy visiting with her when I see her about the Village.”

“Cypress Village has been wonderful to be a part of. My mom started off in the rehab facility and has since been moved to the assisted living part of the community. The communication received upon arrival at the rehab place has been outstanding. From the team of CNA’s that have been there for care around the clock, to the security team that works the check-in desk; they have all been like family to us and my mother. Chef Lamont surprised mom on her birthday with a piece of cake and the nurses made a homemade card. Thanks to Debbie and Abby and their team, the transition from the rehab phase to the assisted living phase was seamless. They make sure you know what to expect and who to reach out to, if needed. Touring the assisted living side with Abby was amazing! We were introduced to some residents, some of whom have been there for years, and they were all so happy and friendly! There is a full calendar of events for residents to partake in if they choose. The staff at Cypress Village really try to make the family feel comfortable.”

“After a short hospital stay, my mother needed a rehab center. We chose Cypress Village for its reputation and location. What we didn’t realize was how nice the rehab facility was, how good the food was, and most importantly how focused and caring the staff made us feel. Mom was well taken care of and during her therapy we had access to the quiet and comfortable sitting areas and outdoor courtyard. Special shout out to Paula and Nicole who were terrific caregivers, Harlan and Claudia for patiently guiding mom through physical therapy and Nancy D for checking on us and making sure that everybody was taken care of while we were at Cypress Village. “Deb Goins our fitness consultant, leader, innovator [and] is a wonderful addition to our staff! She is always seeking new ways to help us have a healthy lifestyle! Always pleasant and friendly when you meet her in the hallway! Deborah in housekeeping does a great job of keeping my apartment clean and never hesitates to do anything you ask! She is a jewel, and she works for the best: Natalie our head housekeeper! It is so great to have Holly in the beauty shop work her wonders and not have to leave Cypress Village! She is always so pleasant and caring! Our Physical Therapy department, headed by Madison, is one of the best anywhere! Everyone there is so nice but also so competent! Thanks Ty and his crew for assembling such a great staff to take care of us!”
