Ty Morgan
Executive Director
Ty Morgan serves as the Community Operations Director for Cypress Village in Jacksonville and Regency Oaks in Clearwater, Florida, bringing more than 25 years of experience in senior living, healthcare operations, and real estate management. Ty began his career as a Nursing Home Administrator in Savannah, Georgia. Over the next decade, he advanced into regional and executive leadership roles, developing a strong foundation in senior living operations and leadership. He later transitioned into the continuing care retirement community (CCRC) sector, where he became inspired by the entry fee model and its ability to support aging in place. This experience further shaped his passion for creating environments that provide long-term value, stability, and peace of mind for residents. In 2008, Ty joined Cypress Village as Director of Sales and Marketing, where he successfully aligned operations and sales to enhance the resident experience and drive community growth and occupancy. After serving in a regional sales leadership role, he returned to Cypress Village in 2013 as Executive Director. Since that time, Ty has led Cypress Village through significant growth and transformation, further strengthening its reputation as one of Northeast Florida’s premier continuing care retirement communities. In 2026, Ty was promoted to Community Operations Director with LCS, expanding his leadership to include oversight of both Cypress Village and Regency Oaks. Ty is an active leader in the senior living industry, having served four years on the Board of Directors for LeadingAge Southeast. In 2025, he was recognized as Healthcare Leader of the Year by the University of North Florida. Ty is married to his wife, Michelle, of 23 years and is the proud father of twins, Maxwell and Sophie, who are currently in high school. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, surfing, and relaxing at the beach.
Sarra Ninya
Associate Executive Director
Sarra Ninya serves as the Associate Executive Director at Cypress Village, bringing nearly two decades of experience in senior living operations, financial management, and strategic leadership. Since joining Cypress Village in 2008, Sarra has played a key role in supporting the community’s growth and long-term success. With a strong foundation in financial operations, she has been instrumental in driving performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the overall strength and stability of the organization. Throughout her tenure, Sarra has expanded her leadership across multiple areas of the community, partnering closely with executive leadership and department teams to implement strategic initiatives, improve processes, and elevate the resident experience. Her collaborative approach and deep understanding of community operations have made her a trusted leader and an integral part of Cypress Village’s continued success. Sarra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Services and an Executive Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Florida. She is passionate about serving seniors and is committed to creating an environment where residents feel supported, engaged, and confident in their care and lifestyle.
Marylisette “Lisa” Green
Sales & Marketing Director
Lisa Green serves as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Cypress Village, bringing over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and relationship management. She began her career in Orlando, Florida, in a client-focused sales role before transitioning into healthcare recruitment, where she spent more than a decade building strong professional relationships and developing strategic outreach initiatives. This experience laid the foundation for her strengths in connecting with individuals, understanding their needs, and guiding them through important life decisions. After relocating to Jacksonville to raise her family, Lisa joined Cypress Village, where she has dedicated the past 15 years of her career. She began as the Marketing & Events Coordinator and quickly advanced to Sales Counselor before being promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing—a role she has held for over 11 years. In her current position, Lisa leads the community’s sales and marketing strategy, driving occupancy growth while ensuring a personalized and seamless experience for prospective residents and their families. Lisa’s performance and leadership have been consistently recognized, including earning honors such as the LCS Chairman’s Club Award, reflecting her commitment to excellence and results. In addition to her leadership role, Lisa is a licensed real estate professional and serves as a sales agent with Cypress Village Real Estate, LLC, further enhancing her ability to support residents throughout their transition into the community.
Emily Gann
Human Resources Director
Emily Gann serves as the Human Resources Director at Cypress Village, bringing extensive experience in human resources, employee engagement, and organizational leadership. Emily first joined Cypress Village in 2007, where she spent more than a decade supporting team members and strengthening the community’s workplace culture through her leadership in human resources. Her deep understanding of the organization and commitment to its mission have been foundational to her success. In 2019, Emily advanced her career as a Regional HR Business Partner, where she gained valuable experience supporting multiple communities and leading HR initiatives across a broader operational landscape. This role further strengthened her expertise in strategic HR leadership, team development, and multi-site operations. In March 2025, Emily returned to Cypress Village, bringing with her expanded perspective and renewed energy to continue fostering a positive, supportive, and high-performing workplace culture. She partners closely with leadership to support team members, enhance engagement, and ensure Cypress Village remains an employer of choice. Known for her approachable leadership style and commitment to people, Emily is passionate about creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered—ultimately enhancing the experience for both team members and residents.
Stephanie Markoski, LHNA
Healthcare Administrator
Stephanie Markoski serves as the Healthcare Administrator at Cypress Village, bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and senior living. A Jacksonville native and graduate of the University of North Florida, Stephanie has been a valued member of the Cypress Village team for the past 10 years. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to clinical excellence, operational leadership, and delivering high-quality care to residents. In addition to her leadership role, Stephanie serves as a preceptor for the Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program, where she mentors and develops future leaders in the field. She is passionate about supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals and advancing standards of care within the industry. Known for her compassionate approach and strong community connections, Stephanie is dedicated to creating an environment where residents receive exceptional care and support. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time at the beach and boating with her family, including her husband of 30 years, their two children, and her grandson.
